Motor Wars Mayhem and Double Rewards Arrive in Grand Theft Auto Online

Grand Theft Auto V sold over 195 million copies and is currently the third most-sold PC and console video game of all time, right behind Minecraft with 300+ million and Tetris with 520 million. This behemoth just doesn't want to stop for anything. However, seeing how GTA V sales will do after Grand Theft Auto VI comes out will be wonderous. But until then, let's see what Rockstar Games has planned for us this week.

Motor Wars mayhem has reached the shores of Los Santos with double rewards, RP, and plenty more. In Motor Wars, two to four teams parachute into a post-apocalyptic warzone with only a pistol to keep them company. Yes, it does sound like any other battle royale game ever made. If you participate in these sorts of shenanigans through March 27, you'll get double GTA$ and RP.

For those of you more military inclined, the HVY APC (Military), HVY Insurgent Pick-Up (Off-Road), or HVY Chernobog (Military) are waiting for you at 40% off at Warstock Cache & Carry. As a bonus, you'll be getting the HVY Tee. As a "pro tip," I'd take a hard look at the HVY Insurgent Pick-Up Light Armored Personnel Vehicle (LAPV) because it's small and versatile, perfect for a quick in-and-out operation.

Players who dabble in drift racing also stand to earn double GTA$ and RP. These races are outside the LS Car Meet at the Series marker. Otherwise, talk to the Race Organizer, join the events, and try to rack up as many points as possible.

Are you passionate about wildlife photography? Then, you have many reasons to rejoice because double rewards await amateur photographers. From a simple handbag dog to large feline predators, those who capture the best moments will get twice the GTA$ and RP. The Shoot Animals Photography Challenge offers a special reward, the Zoophilist Outfit. Most interestingly, you'll unlock the Declasse Park Ranger (SUV) for purchase when you take your first wildlife picture.

It's a police variation of the Granger, which, in turn, is based on the 10th Gen Chevy Suburban. If you're thinking about The Sopranos car from the intro, you're not wrong by a lot. Tony was driving the 1999 Chevy Suburban (9th-gen), whereas the 10th-gen Chevy Suburban came roughly seven years later in 2006.

The Salvage Yard Robbery will have you acquire the Willard Eudora (Muscle), the Truffade Z-Type (Sports Classic), and the Dewbauchee Vagner (Super). The Eudora's real-life counterpart is the first-gen Buick Electra, the Z-Type is the Bugatti Type 57, and the Vagner would be the Aston Martin Valkyrie.

For more cars, don't forget to visit "your old pal" Simeon at the Premium Deluxe Motorsport showroom. You might want to check out the Luxury Autos showroom that features the Albany Cavalcade XL (SUV) and Fathom FR36 (Coupe).

Lastly, if you're a GTA+ subscriber, there's a Pfister 811 waiting to be claimed, a combo between the Porsche 918 Hypercar and Koenigsegg Regera.
