(670 The Score) Tribune reporter Brad Biggs will save his predictions for the 2024 Bears until closer to kickoff of the new season, but he's bullish on the state of the organization as Chicago prepares to select USC quarterback Caleb Williams with the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft on April 25.

"I'm not going to make any predictions this early, but they've got a completely different team," Biggs said on the Mully & Haugh Show on Wednesday morning. "They've got a lot of talent. They've still got youth on their side. There's credible reason for optimism at Halas Hall."

The Bears are coming off a 7-10 season and recently acquired six-time Pro Bowl receiver Keenan Allen, dynamic running back D'Andre Swift and veteran safety Kevin Byard, among others.
