Vincent Allilaire Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, ESG Moody's Ratings

Vincent Allilaire is a VP-Senior Credit Officer in the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) team within Moody's Ratings, focusing on integrating ESG risks within our credit analysis. This role draws on Vincent's dual experience as an ESG and Credit analyst, having previously led the Moody's Analytics team focused on Sustainability Ratings, as well as having assessed and invested into carbon transition assets.

Vincent joined in 2017 from Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), where he was leading the credit team focusing on illiquid, unrated debt investments, including assigning internal ratings across a wide range of structures and sectors. Prior to joining LGIM, Vincent worked for MetLife in an investment role focusing on infrastructure debt in Europe. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Standard & Poor's as an analyst covering corporates , then project finance credits. His first credit role was at Deutsche Bank.

Vincent is a dual French-British national, and holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Southampton, having previously graduated in Economics and Political Sciences from the French Institute of Political Sciences in Bordeaux, where he originates from.

Colin Ellis Managing Director, Global Credit Strategist Moody's Ratings

Colin Ellis is Moody's first Global Credit Strategist, and a Managing Director in the Credit Strategy team. 

In his current role, Colin provides thought leadership for the rating agency that deepens the understanding of ratings and debt capital markets through rigorous and quantitative research. He leads Moody's teams working on default and ratings analytics and on global financial analysis, including bank projections and stress testing. Colin is also a member of Moody's Macroeconomic Board, which sets the global forecasts that underpin Moody's universe of ratings.

Colin joined Moody's in February 2012, initially leading the work of the Macroeconomic Board and authoring the quarterly Global Macro Outlook. He subsequently worked in the Financial Institutions Group, developing quantitative forward-looking analyses. For 8 years he was the Chief Credit Officer for EMEA, leading analysis and coordination of credit and ratings across all rating franchises in the region. He was also the 'Head of UK' for MIS, responsible for the running of Moody's UK operations, from 2019-2022 including the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Prior to joining Moody's, Colin held roles at the Bank of England, Daiwa Capital Markets, the BVCA and at Birmingham University. He has published papers on a range of topics including corporate investment and pricing, credit risk, private equity, data uncertainty, stress testing, financial contagion and monetary policy. Colin holds degrees from York University, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Middlesex University. He is a Visiting Professor at Hult International Business School and LSBU, and is also a Fellow of the RSA.

Jeromin Zettelmeyer Director Bruegel

Jeromin Zettelmeyer has been Director of Bruegel since September 2022. Born in Madrid in 1964, Jeromin was previously a Deputy Director of the Strategy and Policy Review Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Prior to that, he was Dennis Weatherstone Senior Fellow (2019) and Senior Fellow (2016-19) at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, Director-General for Economic Policy at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (2014-16); Director of Research and Deputy Chief Economist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (2008-2014), and an IMF staff member, where he worked in the Research, Western Hemisphere, and European II Departments (1994-2008).

Jeromin holds a Ph.D. in economics from MIT (1995) and an economics degree from the University of Bonn (1990). He is a Research Fellow in the International Macroeconomics Programme of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), and a member of the CEPR's Research and Policy Network on European economic architecture, which he helped found. He is also a member of CESIfo. He has published widely on topics including financial crises, sovereign debt, economic growth, transition to market, and Europe's monetary union. His recent research interests include EMU economic architecture, sovereign debt, debt and climate, and the return of economic nationalism in advanced and emerging market countries.

Roland Auquier Vice President - Senior Analyst, EMEA Banking Moody's Investors Service

Vice President -Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Group, based in Paris. Roland is the sector lead for the French banking system, and covers a portfolio of banks in France and Benelux. Roland joined Moody's in 2008, and has covered banks in multiple banking systems including France, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Israel and Norway. He has also been the sector lead for non-bank financial companies across Europe. Roland was involved in the global effort leading to the current global methodology on banks, which includes the introduction of the Loss Given Failure framework -a response to the shift in public policy toward implementation of resolution regimes. Roland started his career at HSBC.

Karen Berckmann Associate Managing Director, Corporate Finance Moody's Ratings

Karen joined Moody's in 2004 in its New York office, where she worked as a corporate

credit analyst for over 10 years, primarily focused on leveraged finance, before

transferring to Moody's methodology development group. In that role she lead and

contributed to the development of methodologies across ratings groups and industry

sectors and established the group's presence in Europe with her move to Frankfurt in

February 2018. She returned to CFG as an Associate Managing Director in September

2021.

Prior to Moody's, Karen worked at a high yield brokerdealer, at National Australia

Bank Limited, and in market research for Barron's magazine. She also participated in a

volunteer service program in Kingston, Jamaica, for one year. Karen graduated magna

cum laude from The University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in English. She is a CFA

charterholder.

Alexander Zeidler Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, Structured Finance Moody's Investors Service

Alexander Zeidler is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer at Moody's in London. He coordinates Moody's efforts in the Nordic covered bond markets Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and in the Baltic countries. Furthermore, he is responsible for a portfolio of covered bond programmes in Norway and Switzerland and was previously leading the analysis of the covered bond markets in Austria and Luxembourg. As a senior member of the analytical team, Alexander has coordinated and contributed to a number of publications and regularly speaks at investor and industry conferences.

Prior to joining Moody's EMEA Covered Bonds team in 2010, Alexander was responsible for a portfolio of CMBS transactions in the UK, France, the Netherlands and Germany for four years. Alexander started his career in commercial real estate finance, working for overten years as an underwriter, credit auditor and corporate analyst at UniCredit in Germany. Alexander also holds a MBA from a Fulbright program sponsored by the U.S. government at the University of Louisville, U.S.A. Moody's has a leading global covered bond franchise, rating some US$2 trillion worth of covered bonds securities, which represents more than 80% of all public bonds issued globally in the sector. In total, over 20 senior analysts cover more than 200 covered bond programmes in over 30 countries globally. Moody's EMEA Covered Bonds team is located in London, Madrid, Frankfurt and Paris.

Jorge Rodriguez-Valez Senior Vice President, Credit Strategy & Research Moody's Investors Service

Jorge Rodriguez-Valez is a Senior Vice President in Moody's Credit Strategy & Research team in London. Since he joined Moody's in 2014, he leads the Financial Analytics team, developing quantitative forward-looking analyses of sectors and institutions, including modelling asset quality trends and stress testing.

Prior to joining Moody's in 2014, Jorge worked as a macroeconomist responsible for forecasting and scenario analysis, and as a university lecturer in macroeconomics and econometrics.

Jorge is a PhD in Econometrics and holds degrees in Economics and in Business.

Leroy Terrelonge Vice President - Senior Analyst, Cyber Credit Risk Moody's Ratings

Leroy Terrelonge is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in the Moody's Ratings Cyber Risk Group, where he is responsible for creating and executing a cyber-risk analytics and research agenda. He works collaboratively with stakeholders across Moody's to build cyber datasets and publish timely and relevant research on cyber risk and its impact on financial performance.

Leroy has more than 20 years of risk experience working in government, international education, tech startups and corporates. Prior to joining Moody's, Leroy led a team of analysts at Flashpoint, a threat intelligence company that researches cyber criminal communities, and previously worked as an analyst at the National Security Agency. 

He has been cited in both domestic and international media on cyber risk issues and has presented at cybersecurity conferences around the world. Leroy graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy with a Masters in International Business and holds an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations cum laude from Harvard University. He also served as a Princeton-in-Asia fellow in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Jaya Baloo Chief Security Officer Rapid7

Jaya Baloo is the CSO of Rapid7 and has been working in the field of information security with a focus on secure network architecture for over 20 years. She is the former CISO of Avast, and prior to that was CISO at KPN, the largest telecommunications carrier in the Netherlands. Jaya serves on boards of the NL's National Cyber Security Centre, TIIN Capital, the NOS, and was the former Vice Chair of the EU Quantum flagship. She is also on the faculty at Singularity University.

Jaya is recognized as a top 100 global CISO and ranks among the top 100 security influencers worldwide. In 2019, she was selected as one of the 50 most inspiring women in the Netherlands by Inspiring Fifty. In 2022 she received an honorary doctorate from the University of Twente for her contributions to the field of Cybersecurity.

Since he joined Moody's in 2014, he leads the Financial Analytics team, developing quantitative forward-looking analyses of sectors and institutions, including modelling asset quality trends and stress testing.

Prior to joining Moody's in 2014, Jorge worked as a macroeconomist responsible for forecasting and scenario analysis, and as a university lecturer in macroeconomics and econometrics.

Jorge is a PhD in Econometrics and holds degrees in Economics and in Business.

Vincent Allilaire Vice President - Senior Credit Officer, ESG Moody's Ratings

Vincent Allilaire is a VP-Senior Credit Officer in the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) team within Moody's Ratings, focusing on integrating ESG risks within our credit analysis. This role draws on Vincent's dual experience as an ESG and Credit analyst, having previously led the Moody's Analytics team focused on Sustainability Ratings, as well as having assessed and invested into carbon transition assets.

Vincent joined in 2017 from Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), where he was leading the credit team focusing on illiquid, unrated debt investments, including assigning internal ratings across a wide range of structures and sectors. Prior to joining LGIM, Vincent worked for MetLife in an investment role focusing on infrastructure debt in Europe. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Standard & Poor's as an analyst covering corporates , then project finance credits. His first credit role was at Deutsche Bank.

Vincent is a dual French-British national, and holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Southampton, having previously graduated in Economics and Political Sciences from the French Institute of Political Sciences in Bordeaux, where he originates from.

Leroy Terrelonge Vice President - Senior Analyst, Cyber Credit Risk Moody's Ratings

Leroy Terrelonge is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in the Moody's Ratings Cyber Risk Group, where he is responsible for creating and executing a cyber-risk analytics and research agenda. He works collaboratively with stakeholders across Moody's to build cyber datasets and publish timely and relevant research on cyber risk and its impact on financial performance.

Leroy has more than 20 years of risk experience working in government, international education, tech startups and corporates. Prior to joining Moody's, Leroy led a team of analysts at Flashpoint, a threat intelligence company that researches cyber criminal communities, and previously worked as an analyst at the National Security Agency. 

He has been cited in both domestic and international media on cyber risk issues and has presented at cybersecurity conferences around the world. Leroy graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy with a Masters in International Business and holds an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations cum laude from Harvard University. He also served as a Princeton-in-Asia fellow in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Roland Auquier Vice President - Senior Analyst, EMEA Banking Moody's Investors Service

Vice President -Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions Group, based in Paris. Roland is the sector lead for the French banking system, and covers a portfolio of banks in France and Benelux. Roland joined Moody's in 2008, and has covered banks in multiple banking systems including France, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Israel and Norway. He has also been the sector lead for non-bank financial companies across Europe. Roland was involved in the global effort leading to the current global methodology on banks, which includes the introduction of the Loss Given Failure framework -a response to the shift in public policy toward implementation of resolution regimes. Roland started his career at HSBC.
