Registration is now open for the ABTA Travel Convention this year, and attendees are invited to sign up early to benefit from the special Early Bird discounts.

The convention is scheduled to occur from October 7-9 in the stunning location of Costa Navarino, Messinia, located in the southwest Peloponnese of Greece.

Held as the premier event for the UK travel industry, the ABTA Travel Convention annually gathers top travel professionals, offering extensive networking opportunities, insightful business sessions over two days, and the option for attendees to join excursions that showcase the beauty of the local area.

Participants this year have the option to book their stay at The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, or The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino. Both options are five-star accommodations in the Navarino Dunes resort area, which features an array of over 20 dining establishments, a vast 4,000m² spa with a thalassotherapy center, and numerous sports and leisure facilities.

The convention's business sessions will convene at the House of Events, the resort's exclusive Convention Centre.

Early Bird pricing, available until mid-July, is set at £695 for the first ABTA member and ABTA Partner to register, and £795 for additional ABTA Partners and other attendees. A companion fee of £230 is applicable for those accompanying delegates but not participating in the convention.

The 2024 Travel Convention enjoys the support of Lead Partner easyJet holidays, along with major partners Intrepid Travel and Global.

Mark Tanzer, Chief Executive at ABTA - The Travel Association said:

"Our annual Travel Convention is always a fantastic event, providing the ideal forum for industry colleagues to connect, do business and look ahead to the future of our sector.

"We're very much looking forward to returning to Greece this year, which continues to grow in popularity among UK holidaymakers. Messinia is one of the country's most captivating regions, so I'm sure that delegates will enjoy learning more about the breadth of experiences on offer.

"I'd encourage delegates to make sure they register by mid-July so they can take advantage of our highly-competitive Early Bird rates."

Garry Wilson, easyJet holidays CEO, said:

"With the ABTA Convention as the flagship event for travel and tourism, we're incredibly excited to be Lead Partner for a second year, supporting ABTA in delivering a key event which always offers fantastic insight, brilliant business sessions and an unmissable outlook for the year ahead for our industry."
