Winnipeg police responded to the collision at Chesterfield Avenue on Saturday at about 12:40 a.m., a Monday news release says. Fire paramedics took the woman to hospital in critical condition where she died. The driver stayed at the scene and spoke with officers, police say. Police have notified the woman's family.Struck on St. Mary's Road early Saturday morning
