After years of left-leaning governments, the people of Argentina democratically elected President Javier Milei and Vice President Victoria Villarruel.

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), Vice Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, met with President Milei to discuss the importance of our nations' bilateral relationship and his Administration's bold economic plans for Argentina.

Rubio's trip to Argentina, an important ally for both our nation and our region's democratic future, comes as the Biden Administration fails to prioritize the region and spurns allies.
