Samsung Care+ is the only official programme for the service and repair of Samsung Galaxy devices in India. The South Korean tech giant has now expanded the benefits of the service In India, as it now provides Samsung Care+ users up to two claims per year for screen and accidental damages.

Earlier, users could make only a single claim for repair or replacement within a year. However, Samsung has now upgraded the plan and says this new benefit will only be available for those who have purchased a Care+ plan on or after May 14, 2024.

Customers can choose between walk-in or pick-up and drop-off facilities for claim registration. Samsung Care+ also offers access to expert technicians who use only genuine Samsung parts, ensuring optimal device performance and longevity for your Galaxy devices. It also offers 100% coverage without any depreciation.

The Samsung Care+ plan currently starts at Rs 399 and is available for a wide variety of Samsung devices, including Galaxy smartphones, tablets, watches, and books. Customers don't have to give any documentation for making claims as well, said Samsung in a press release.

Additionally, Samsung Care+ subscribers can also  track the status of their claims or repairs with an easy-to-follow tracking process. The Samsung Care Plus plans can be bought alongside a new Galaxy device from Samsung's official website or official retail partners.
