After Rakhi Sawant's photos from hospital went viral on social media, her former husband Ritesh told News18 Showsha that doctors discovered a tumour in her uterus.

Is she or is she not? Rakhi Sawant's viral pictures from a Hospital in Mumbai recently left everyone shocked and confused. While some expressed concern for her health, others argued that it might merely be some drama. However, Nakshatra Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai has finally revealed that the actress is indeed admitted there.

Rakhi Sawant's Surgery Confirmed

On late Friday night, hospital authorities confirmed that Rakhi Sawant is admitted there and revealed that she will undergo a surgery on Saturday (today) afternoon. "Rakhi is undergoing a surgery on Saturday. She is getting operated. The actress is being overlooked by a gynaecologist," the hospital authorities told Times Now.

However, the hospital did not confirm or provide any information about tumour in Rakhi's uteres. "Please contact her family or friends to get the reports amid further health updates," the authorities added.

What Has Happened To Rakhi Sawant? 

After Rakhi Sawant's photos from hospital went viral on social media earlier this week, Ritesh Raj Singh, ex-husband of Rakhi, told News18 Showsha that doctors discovered a tumour in her uterus after a couple of tests were performed. They have suspected Rakhi has cancer, according to Ritesh.

"She was admitted to the hospital last night after she complained of chest pain. Doctors are looking after her. They have discovered a tumour in her uterus. She had pain in her stomach too. Doctors have suspected that it might be cancer. Tests are being done. Doctors have proposed a surgery but they want to check first if it is cancer or not," Ritesh told us.

Rakhi Sawant Urges All To Pray For Her

On Friday night, Rakhi Sawant shared her health update via a video statement. In the clip, the Bigg Boss fame was seen on a hospital bed as she urged everyone to pray for her. "Ae mere dosto. Miss kar rahi hu bahar jaana, ghoomna firna. Hospital mein hu main, subah surgery hai meri. Bohot miss kar rahi hu main. Ye kaisi dress pehen rakhi hai maine? Mujhe poore kapde pehen ne ki aadat nahi hai. Aap samajh rahe ho na? Mujhe achcha nahi lagta ye hospital ka dress. Mujhe jaldi theek hoke aana hai, bohot saari masti karna hai mujhe," she said.

What Is Adil Khan Durrani Calling Rakhi's Surgery a Drama?

Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant's former husband Adil Khan Durrani claims that her hospitalisation is merely a drama in order to escape jail in the leak video case. "Doctors haven't said anything. We don't know which hospital she is in. If it is a heart attack, I think patients generally need oxygen masks but she (Rakhi Sawant) does not have that too. She is doing this only because she has to surrender to cops soon. This is only a drama to escape going to jail," he told us.
