Though intended to highlight the biggest titles, directors, and actors like Anya Taylor-Joy, Selena Gomez, Hunter Schafer and more in the industry, Cannes Film Festival 2024 has equally become a destination for fashion. The coastal French city has been graced by some of the biggest celebs in their finest 'fits over the past few days.

For example, Taylor-Joy, the star of the recent Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, kicked things off with a maximalist look. Her figure-hugging, high-slit dress and a larger than life hat set the tone for the week and continued to deliver. Taylor-Joy herself was later seen again with a large hat and completely sheer lace strapless dress, perfect for the French Riviera. And for the red carpet, she channeled old Hollywood glam, giving us the best of both worlds. Schafer also opted for duality this week. She brought the grandmacore aesthetic to the event, and later that same day, she opted for a fitting floral frock. Then, she donned an iridescent gown that looked like an optical illusion for the carpet.
