FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A new 'Famous Taco' location may be coming to Fort Wayne soon. The Allen County Superior Court has ruled the restaurant can move forward on West Jefferson Boulevard. Court documents obtained by 21Alive say "a Famous Taco restaurant is permissible under the terms of the original Written Commitment." Owner Martin Quintana had been disputing a ruling made by the Fort Wayne Plan Commission. It is not yet clear when the restaurant may open in the West Jefferson Boulevard location.
