FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Is a taco a sandwich? NBC's Today Show asked its viewers this question Thursday. The question follows a recent court ruling by the Allen County Superior Court. BACKGROUND: Court rules West Jefferson Boulevard 'Famous Taco' can move forward 'Famous Taco' owner Martin Quintana has been disputing a ruling made by the Fort Wayne Plan Commission that would not permit a 'Famous Taco' location on West Jefferson Boulevard. According to a recent Allen County Superior Court ruling, "a Famous Taco restaurant is permissible under the terms of the original Written Commitment."
