INVESTIGATORS SAY 62 YEAR OLD KENNETH JORDAN WAS LAST SEEN SATURDAY MORNING AT HIS RESIDENCE ON SWEPSONVILLE ROAD IN SOUTH OF GRAHAM. HE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A DARK GRAY SHIRT, BLUE JEANS AND WHITE SHOES. WERE TOLD THAT JORDAN HAS TATTOOS ON HIS FOREARMS. JORDAN IS BELIEVED TO BE ON FOOT AND HE PREVIOUSLY LIVED IN ORANGE COUNTY. ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHERE HIS WHEREABOUTS ARE ASKED TO CALL 911 IN WINSTON-SALEM, POLICE IS CHARGING A MAN WITH A MURDER IN THE DEATH OF TORI TERRY. THE 35 YEAR OLD WAS FOUND DEAD ON VALENTINE'S DAY IN 2021 ON COLISEUM DRIVE IN WINSTON-SALEM. OFFICERS HAVE ARRESTED 28 YEAR OLD DAQUAN FAIR WITH FELONY MURDER CHARGES. HE'S BEING HELD IN JAIL WITHOUT BOND, AND A MAN WHO USED TO WORK AT THE REIDSVILLE YMCA IS IN JAIL THIS MORNING CHARGED WITH INDECENT LIBERTIES WITH A CHILD. MATTHEWS POLICE ARRESTED 24 YEAR OLD ZACHARY HYDE SMITH ON THURSDAY. THE Y SAYS THAT SMITH STARTED WORKING WITH THEM LAST AUGUST, BUT WAS SUSPENDED IN LATE APRIL WHEN ALLEGATIONS FIRST SURFACED. THE YMCA LEADERS THEN NOTIFIED THE POLICE AND FIRED HIM, AND HE'S DOING A ROCKINGHAM COUNTY COURT ON JUNE 12TH AND THE TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY WILDERNESS CAMP, WHERE A 12 YEAR OLD BOY DIED EARLIER THIS YEAR, IS LOSING ITS LICENSE. THE NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES SAID THAT SENT A LETTER TO THE TRAILS CAROLINA AND THE CAMP FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THEIR STATE REGULATIONS. ITS LICENSE TO OPERATE WILL BE REVOKED IN 60 DAYS. A SPOKESPERSON FROM TRAILS CAROLINA TOLD NBC NEWS THAT THE CAMP WOULD NOT COMMENT. THE CAUSE OF THE BOY'S DEATH REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION. WASHINGTON IN AN ASHEBORO FAMILY IS WORKING TO MAKE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEIR TEENAGE SON AFTER HE WAS SHOT AND KILLED THURSDAY NIGHT. FAMILY, FRIENDS AND TEAMMATES OF PEDRO ORTIZ PEREZ LINED THE HALLS OF THE HOSPITAL TO HONOR HIM IN AN HONOR WALK. PEDRO'S FAMILY SAYS IT'S SOMETHING THE HOSPITAL DOES FOR ORGAN DONORS. THE TEENAGER DIED MORE THAN A WEEK AFTER HE WAS SHOT AT NORTH ASHEBORO PARK, ASHEBORO POLICE SAY THEY PLAN TO PRESENT UPGRADED CHARGES TO A GRAND JURY FOR POSSIBLE INDICTMENTS OF THE 16 YEAR-OLD CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO THE SHOOTING.
