(Disney) Between 1993 and 1997, the cartoon series X-Men turned a generation of kids into lifelong comic book and superhero fans. Saturdays were reserved for watching Professor X, Storm, Cyclops and — that one Canadian guy — Wolverine, save the world from evil. Earlier this year, Disney Plus announced the return of the beloved show, X-Men '97. The series picks up right where the original left off and the first season just wrapped up this week. Some critics are calling it the best X-Men adaptation to date.
